RETURN & WARRANTY INFORMAITON
BAT WARRANTY
New aluminum/composite bats come wtith a one-year manufacturer's warranty against defects. Wood bats carry no warranty or guarantee, unless otherwise stated.
All defective or damaged aluminum/composite bats must be returned to the manufacturer for exchange within one year of the purchase date. Please call the manufacturer directly to obtain a Return Authorization Number or you can file your warranty claim using these links:

EXCHANGES AND RETURNS
If you need to return an item to exchange or return for a refund, the item must be unused, all tags must be attached and in resellable condition. HAWAIIANHARDBALL purchases must be returned or exchanged 30 Days from the original purchase date and must be accompanied by sales receipt. Customer is responsible for shipping charges to return item.
Gloves that are steamed at HAWAIIANHARDBALL are no longer eligible for returns.
All unused bats must be in their original "shrink wrapped" packing to receive a refund or exchanged and the customer is responsible shipping charges.
