NEW COVID-19 POLICIES - EFFECTIVE JUNE 1ST
We hope everyone is doing well and staying safe during these unprecedented times. As Hawaii gets a hold of the COVID-19 cases here in our state, we'd like to give you an update on theYARD and HAWAIIANHARDBALL.
Although the State and City has given the green light to reopen, we are taking the cautious approach to ensure the the health and safety of our Members and our employees. As a result, we are still holding to our initial date of remaining closed until May 31st so we can prepare and get a better idea of how our state fares with the reopening of businesses.
If all goes well, our plan is to reopen theYARD and HAWAIIANHARDBALL, but it will be on a limited basis with precautions in place to keep everyone safe.
Before coming to your scheduled time please make sure you can answer "NO" to the following questions:
- Are you feeling ill or have a fever?
- Have you been exposed to someone with COVID-19 within the past 14 days?
- Have you traveled outside the State of Hawaii within the past 14 days?
IF you answered 'YES' to any of the questions above on your scheduled day, we ask that you be considerate and responsible by NOT coming to HAWAIIANHARDBALL.
Policies and procedures are outlined below:

- MUST BE ABLE TO ANSWER 'NO' TO 3 QUESTIONS ABOVE!
- Sessions are reserved by appointment only, therefore you must be a Member. Book via app, online or call. No walk-ins will be allowed.
- INDIVIDUAL SESSIONS ONLY, no Member sharing at this time.
- Initially, only the Video Pitching Machine Cage will be open until further notice. Live BP will not be permitted initially.
- SOFTBALL PITCHING MACHINE can be utilized, but please contact us ahead of your scheduled time so we can make arrangements.
- Upon checking in, the in the Member's party must disinfect their hands, antibacterial gel will be provided, before entering the cage and theDUGOUT.
- Members MUST wear a mask while hitting and Parents waiting must also have a mask on at all times.
- After session is done, PLEASE DO NOT PICK UP BASEBALLS. Our staff will pick up baseballs and prep cage for next Member.
- Once sessions is done, we kindly ask that Members leave immediately so our staff can prep the area for the next Member.
HAWAIIANHARDBALL
- MUST BE ABLE TO ANSWER 'NO' TO 3 QUESTIONS ABOVE!
- Shopping IN-STORE will be by appointment only. Call 888-2882 to reserve time slot. When making appointment, please let Staff know what you are shopping for so they can prepare for your visit.
- We highly encourage Curbside Pickup at www.hawaiianhardball.com.
- Notify HH Staff upon arrival and you will be escorted into the store.
- Customers must have a mask and will be asked to disinfect their hands upon entering the store, antibacterial gel will be provided.
- No steaming of customer gloves, only brand new gloves purchased at HAWAIIANHARDBALL will be steamed.
- We recommend paying with credit cards versus cash. Contactless payments like Apple Pay & Google Pay is preferred.
