ATHLETE EVALUATION & PERFORMANCE ASSESSMENT
All athletes will complete a movement assessment prior to beginning training. Testing protocols will vary based on the individual athlete. Not every athlete will perform every assessment listed below. Evaluations are selected based on the athlete's age, training history, movement competency, and performance goals to provide the most appropriate and beneficial information for their development.
Note: Semi-private athletes will complete a comprehensive movement assessment prior to beginning training. Due to the group training environment, advanced performance testing and ongoing performance monitoring will be reserved for one-on-one training clients. The movement assessment ensures each athlete can safely participate and allows for appropriate exercise selection and coaching modifications when needed.
