Starting March 3rd, 2024 Our Glove Guarantee Policy is a testament to our commitment to quality and customer satisfaction. It applies solely to the original purchaser and guarantees freedom from defects in materials and craftsmanship for a duration of 120 days from the date of receipt.

Within this period, a single replacement for a damaged pair of gloves is available at no extra glove charge, provided the purchaser fulfills the following conditions: filing a claim, presenting proof of purchase, supplying clear images displaying the damage, and receiving approval from our dedicated replacement team.


Please note that our Glove Guarantee does not extend to the following scenarios: (i) cosmetic wear resulting from regular use; (ii) damage caused by accidents, improper care, or maintenance; (iii) harm induced by additives such as adhesive sprays or chemicals; (iv) misuse; (v) damage from sweat, water, or extreme environmental conditions; and (vi) modifications or servicing performed by parties other than Jax Athletics.
